SHEEX, Inc. Announces Favorable Settlement of Three Separate Patent Infringement Lawsuits

MARLTON, NJ--(Marketwired - May 18, 2016) - SHEEX®, Inc., an innovative, New Jersey-based, women-founded and owned company that invented the world's first performance sheets, announced today that the company has settled three patent infringement lawsuits in as many months. The actions were brought against three separate companies involving U.S. Patent Nos. 8,402,580, 8,566,982 and 9,109,309 that cover its performance sheet products.

SHEEX^® invested substantial resources and time researching and developing its SHEEX^® performance sheets. While SHEEX^® has licensed its technology for next-generation solutions to create the best sleep environment possible through breathable, stretchable, moisture-wicking technical fabric, SHEEX^® filed infringement lawsuits to protect its intellectual property. The three lawsuits were settled before trial, and the exact terms of the settlements are confidential.
