ST. LOUIS, MO--(Marketwired - July 26, 2016) - Stifel Financial Corp. (NYSE: SF) today announced that it will redeem 100% of its outstanding 5.375% Senior Notes due 2022 (the "Notes") on August 12, 2016, the redemption date.
The redemption price is equal to the sum of $150 million, the principal amount of the Notes outstanding, and accrued and unpaid interest on the Notes up to, but not including, the redemption date.
