DALLAS, TX--(Marketwired - October 20, 2016) - Pinnacle announces Rick Graf, president and CEO of one of the nation's leading multifamily management firms, has been selected by Real Estate Forum as one of the most influential executives in the industry. Graf was recently honored in the publication's 70th anniversary issue as one of the elite leaders in commercial real estate.
With over 40 years of multifamily experience, Graf stands at the helm of a multi-state third party management firm which has celebrated a significant increase in portfolio size and revenue over the past two years. This success can be attributed to a multitude of factors including Graf's favorable position among major institutional clients across the country, a burgeoning multifamily climate and a recapitalization two years ago to enhance the company's leadership team and service platform.
Graf joined Pinnacle in August 1996 and stepped into a pivotal role as central region president before being named national president in 2008. After relocating the firm's corporate office from Seattle, Wash. to its current headquarter location in Addison, Texas, he added CEO to his title and began to guide the overall strategy and vision for the entire company. Graf holds a real estate degree from Richland College in Dallas, Texas, and was a former professor of real estate in the Dallas County Community College District.
