VeloCloud Selected to Demonstrate Cloud-Delivered SD-WAN Leadership at ONUG Fall 2016

These demonstrations showcase the unique characteristics of the VeloCloud Cloud-Delivered SD-WAN approach to simplifying deployment and management of hybrid WAN, and delivering application and cloud services performance.

VeloCloud, a member of the Open SD-WAN Exchange working group, will highlight the advantages of the Cloud-Delivered SD-WAN approach in the following showcases at the event:

• PoC demonstration titled "SD-WAN Interoperability with Provider Backbones," led by VeloCloud VP of Products and Co-founder Steve Woo on Oct. 24 at 2:20 pm EDT. VeloCloud will demonstrate an architecture for SD-WAN integration to a service provider's private MPLS network using cloud-deployed gateways, providing interoperability between a new SD-WAN domain for last mile access with legacy MPLS network for mid-mile transport and existing datacenter connectivity. The enterprise benefit is the ability to mix and match WAN services for the optimal end-to-end performance.
• Open SD-WAN Exchange (OSE) initiative update chaired by Conrad Menezes of Bank of America and Steve Wood of Cisco on Oct. 24 at 3:10 pm EDT, where Mr. Woo is a panel participant.
