Juniper Networks Appoints New Human Resources Leader

SUNNYVALE, CA--(Marketwired - November 28, 2016) - Today, Juniper Networks (NYSE: JNPR), an industry leader in automated, scalable and secure networks, announced a new appointment to its senior leadership team. Terese Kemble has been named Chief Human Resources Officer, reporting to Chief Executive Officer, Rami Rahim. Ms. Kemble is responsible for leading and integrating all facets of Juniper's HR goals, including people strategy and enhancement of company culture in order to deliver solutions enabling business growth. Ms. Kemble will also lead the management of the Juniper Networks Foundation Fund.

Ms. Kemble most recently served as senior vice president of human resources at Lam Research Corporation, a leading supplier of wafer fabrication equipment and services to the global semiconductor industry. At Lam Research, Ms. Kemble guided strategy across all aspects of compensation, benefits, employee development, staffing and systems while the company underwent major growth both organically and inorganically.
