Media Advisory: CUPE proceeds with filing lawsuit against Premier and Ministers over sale of Hydro One

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Dec. 6, 2016) - The lawsuit against the Premier and Ministers of Finance and Energy, for misfeasance in public office over the sale of shares in Hydro One, is set to be formally filed with the court. Plaintiff and counsel will be available for questions at a press conference in the Queen's Park media studio at 9:30 tomorrow morning.
