Cluny Capital Corp. (TSX VENTURE:CLN.P) ("Cluny" or the "Company") announced today that on September 26, 2016, the letter of intent entered into on June 20, 2016 with Sandbox Global Limited with respect to a proposed business combination terminated according to its terms. The transaction was previously announced on July 6, 2016, and was intended to constitute the Company's "Qualifying Transaction" under Policy 2.4 - Capital Pool Companies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
