("Safe Bulkers", the "Company", or "we") (NYSE: SB) today announced that it has waived a condition to its previously announced exchange offer (the "Exchange Offer") for any and all of its outstanding Series B Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Shares, par value $0.01 per share, liquidation preference $25.00 per share (the "Series B Preferred Shares").
