Gaming Nation's 5050 Central Reaches Agreement with the Ontario Hockey League

TORONTO, ON--(Marketwired - May 18, 2017) - 5050 Central Ltd. ("the Company"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Gaming Nation Inc. (TSX VENTURE: FAN), is pleased to announce that the Company has reached a long-term exclusive league-wide agreement with the Ontario Hockey League (OHL).

The agreement will designate 5050 Central as the official and exclusive provider of digital 50/50 software and hardware solutions to all 20 member franchises and league operations. The deal comes in anticipation of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario releasing their broader regulatory framework in Spring 2017.

With this latest agreement, 5050 Central is now the official and exclusive digital 50/50 provider of all three leagues (OHL, Quebec Major Junior Hockey League, Western Hockey League) that comprise the Canadian Hockey League (CHL).
