In his new role, Saggese will expand Swrve's influence in overseas markets, particularly in rising countries. He's worked with organizations including Genesys, Kana and IBM Tealeaf, where he created vision, strategy and execution plans for the International Operations. He has been operating in the EMEA and APAC markets for 30 years, and has a deep understanding of the in's and out's of consumer behavior and business practices in those areas.

Saggese's early strategy involves extending Swrve's strong European presence to Germany, Benelux and the Nordics and building a strong new footprint in the Middle East. He intends to focus on verticals including finance, travel, sports, media, entertainment and eCommerce.
