Recapture of inmate from the Federal Training Centre - Minimum security unit

LAVAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - July 23, 2017) - Correctional Service Canada

At approximately 5 p.m. on July 23, 2017, inmate Luc Paquette was apprehended by the Service de police de la Ville de Montréal.

This inmate had been unlawfully at large from the minimum security unit at the Federal Training Centre, since July 20, 2017.

CSC is conducting an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
