CALGARY, AB--(Marketwired - December 05, 2017) - Running enthusiasts and caring Calgarians are set for a brisk morning jog along the Bow River pathway for the annual Amble with Angus, a 5K fun run in support of the Calgary Food Bank.

Since the fun run's inception in 2010, The Amble with Angus, named after its founder Angus Cowan, has raised almost $350,000 for the Calgary Food Bank's Milk Programs. Funds ensure that in every hamper there is enough healthy, nutritious milk to fully align with Canada's Food Guide recommendations, for the whole family, for seven to ten days. As well as help to provide milk and baby formula to low income households and local agencies who work with women and children.
