Foremost Media's Revenues From Existing Customers Jump 30% With CallidusCloud Marketing Automation

Solution Attacks Churn and Turns Website Visitors Into Sales Opportunities

DUBLIN, CA--(Marketwired - Jul 9, 2015) - Foremost Media has experienced a 30 percent growth in revenues from its existing customer base in the year since it first deployed CallidusCloud Marketing Automation from Callidus Software Inc. (NASDAQ: CALD), a global leader in cloud-based sales, marketing, learning and customer experience.

CallidusCloud Marketing Automation has allowed the 13-year-old Foremost Media, a web development and search engine marketing firm focused on B2B companies, to dramatically reduce customer churn, discover new potential customers from among its website visitors, and increase revenues.

"We needed a marketing automation solution for customer retention, because many times we'd inadvertently fail to communicate with customers after the completion of a project until they were ready for a re-design," said Jon Ballard, Foremost Media's CEO. To combat this, Foremost selected CallidusCloud Marketing Automation to set up drip campaigns to existing customers.
