LiveRamp and Krux Partner to Improve Cross-Channel Marketing

Firms Harness Offline Data to Produce a More Complete View of the Customer

SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwired - November 03, 2015) - Krux (, a next-generation, cloud-based data management platform (DMP), today announced a partnership with LiveRamp, the market leader in data onboarding and connectivity services. LiveRamp works with marketers to connect their offline data, such as CRM and point-of-sale records, to online environments. The Krux DMP captures and unifies a company's online and offline data into a single view of the customer, including data that has been onboarded and connected via LiveRamp. Krux analyzes the data to understand customer preferences and helps marketers activate the data across multiple channels in real-time to deliver more valuable consumer experiences.

The integration with LiveRamp will streamline the process by which Krux marketers and publishers bring offline data into the Krux platform. With better access to the insights offline records can provide, combined with a greater ability to match those insights with anonymous online profiles in Krux, marketers and media companies can drive more precise, more relevant interactions throughout the consumer journey. The partnership ensures a seamless, turnkey approach to activating offline data for any Krux client that chooses to onboard their data through LiveRamp.

"We're excited to help Krux clients unlock new revenue opportunities and deliver better customer experiences through the power of connected data," said Travis May, President and GM of LiveRamp. "With more access to offline data and greater ability to connect consumer interactions across touchpoints, marketers can use Krux to reach more consumers with relevant messages and achieve even better results."

Through the partnership, Krux clients can take advantage of a seamless integration between the Krux platform and two LiveRamp products: LiveRamp Data Onboarding and LiveRamp Customer Link. LiveRamp Data Onboarding anonymizes offline CRM, sales, and third-party data before matching records to online devices and delivering data files to Krux for activation across digital marketing platforms. LiveRamp Customer Link connects data from disparate touchpoints to anonymous non-PII links that represent a unique consumer, enabling Krux marketers and publishers to create a more complete view of the consumers they care most about.

"LiveRamp is an important Krux partner and provides great value for our marketer and publisher clients," said Jon Suarez-Davis, CMO of Krux. "Our platform unlocks the power of people data to enable and activate insights and ideas that drive business results. The integration with LiveRamp will provide enhanced and more complete data, allowing marketers and publishers to leverage data across all screens and from all sources, in real-time and without limits."
