10,000 to Fill the Hill on Saturday as Ottawa Set for Its Largest 420-Rally

OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - April 19, 2013) - On Saturday April 20, 10,000 people are expected to gather on Parliament Hill to show their support for cannabis law reform. The event, Fill the Hill, is one of the many national 420 rallies sponsored by lottery winner Bob Erb.

With Bob's help Fill the Hill is excited to host a multi-party cannabis policy debate. Representatives from the Young Liberal, Young Green and Young NDP parties will explain their party's platform on cannabis.

Audience members will then get to vote for their preferred party using SMS-technology.

Andrea Matrosovs, national spokesperson for the NORML Women's Alliance of Canada and Joshua Kappel Esq., co-author of Colorado's Amendment-64, will explain how to modernize cannabis laws.

Event organizers hope Fill the Hill will demonstrate cannabis reform is a viable political issue - an issue which has to potential to attract many voters, including young and first-time voters.

The question remains - which political party will capture the cannabis vote in 2015?
