1031 Energy to Offer Alternative Energy TIC Investments

DENVER, CO -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 10, 2007 -- PetroSun, Incorporated (PINKSHEETS: PSUD) announced today that 1031 Energy, a wholly owned subsidiary of PetroSun, is preparing to offer Tenant-In-Common real estate investment packages that will include real estate lease payments and royalty income from biofuel production. PetroSun or a subsidiary will lease the land and operate the cultivation and refinery facilities from the TIC investors to produce biodiesel.
