121 Direct Response Expands Newspaper in Education Program to Nine New Clients and Adds Subscriber NIE Outreach

SARASOTA, FL--(Marketwire - December 11, 2009) - International Consolidated Companies, Inc. (OTCBB: INCC) subsidiary 121 Direct Response today announced the addition of nine new newspaper clients to their Newspapers in Education (NIE) Program. 121 Direct Response is one of the largest Newspapers in Education fundraisers, representing over 40 daily newspapers.

Newspaper in Education, NIE, is an international program designed to advance the use of newspapers in schools to improve reading, spelling and writing abilities by offering newspapers to schools at a special education rate in addition to providing curriculum guides, workshops, tours, supplemental programs, and special events such as the Spelling Bee and other competitions.
