As one of ACG Orange County's signature events, the phenomenally popular "Private Equity Dealmakers Marketplace" offers professionals valuable access to early 2016 mergers and acquisitions discussions, while providing prime networking opportunities. A pre-event reception kicks off the event at 4:00pm.

The event showcases deal flow and features world-class wine tasting. In addition to some of Southern California's most influential corporate finance and investment banking professionals with more than 20 private equity firms attending from cities including San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle, Boston, Denver, Dallas, New York and Chicago. The diverse gathering provides attendees with multiple perspectives on middle market private equity at a national level.

"This marks our 14th annual private equity wine tasting event," said Gerik Degner, event chair and partner at Alpine Pacific Capital, LLC. "We started the event in 2002, with just over 50 attendees and 8 private equity sponsor tables. This year we expect over 650 attendees and will sell out all 50 private equity sponsor tables, so the growth is extraordinary."

"Orange County is becoming increasingly attractive to PE firms and corporate finance service providers due to the diversity of companies that are either headquartered or have significant operations in our backyard," said ACG Orange County chapter president, Tom Hopper, of AON Risk Services.

Degner added, "Not only are there strong business fundamentals, there is a well-educated and motivated labor force that drives the value of OC-based companies and that translates into more interest from the national PE community."

The event serves as ACG Orange County's top annual event, attracting attendees from private equity firms, investment bankers, attorneys, lenders, business owners, chief financial officers, chief executive officers, and commercial bankers.

The "Private Equity Dealmakers Marketplace" provides extensive networking opportunities for private equity firms that are taking a keen interest in the Orange County region.
