CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - May 31, 2016) - 1961531 Alberta Ltd., an ARC Financial Corp. sponsored company, is pleased to announce the closing of the purchase of Sanjel Corporation's Canadian cementing assets.

Upon closing, 1961531 Alberta Ltd. will change its name to Sanjel Energy Services Inc. and continue to provide industry leading cementing and acidizing services throughout western Canada.
