Henry Bonner, joins from OpenLink Financial Inc., having held key business development roles including the CEO of its DBC Software division where he was instrumental in developing its commodities solutions business. Mr. Bonner has almost 30 years' experience in enterprise software in a number of senior roles spanning sales, operations and product management, and a strong track record of success in the profitable delivery of financial services technology solutions to a broad range of sectors. Previously, he held executive roles as a Managing Director at both SunGard Energy Systems and Sailfish Systems Ltd, where he lead multi-discipline teams delivering technology based solutions to the financial services and energy markets.
Kevin Hesselbirg is the former Chief Executive Officer of Primatics Financial, a leading SaaS provider of finance and risk solutions for the banking sector. Previously, Mr. Hesselbirg was the CEO of OpenLink Financial Inc., the global leader in trading and risk management solutions for the financial services, corporate, energy, and commodities industries, where he led the business from generating revenues of less than $10 million to over $300 million in revenue and 1,200 professionals located in nine countries, during a 14 year tenure as the company's CFO, COO and finally as CEO. Mr. Hesselbirg led OpenLink through three successful private equity buyouts between 1999 and 2013 and led the sale of Primatics to SS&C Technologies. In addition, Kevin serves as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Hofstra University.
