1st Global Financial Public Address

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - September 26, 2007) - 1st Global Financial Corporation (PINKSHEETS: FGBF) (GERMAN: WKN#A0L) (XETRA: ZUM) wishes to address the public as to the recent trading activity and loss in their share value. 1st Global's business continues to grow and there has been no material change to the total number of shares available for trading. In fact, 1st Global changed all convertible shares of insider stock to voting class only to preserve and protect the common class stock shareholders leaving approximately 16 million shares outstanding fully diluted. Given these positive indicators, there is no fundamental reason for the current trading turmoil of FGBF's stock.

In fact, over the past months 1st Global has increased its merchant base and continues to work to develop its offerings to become a single solution provider of financial services for its merchants and independent sales office base. The company has retained its equity in their merchant portfolio and processed roughly $8,215,000 in credit card transactions in July. While the summer months are historically low processing months, 1st Global has seen an increase in merchant applications in August and September and are continuing to add new products to their mix.

"We have a great company here and we are continuing to grow the business, increase our product offering and are accepting more merchant applications," says T.A. "Gil" Gillis, President of 1st Global. "We remain confident that in time the investment community will realize the continuing increases in fundamental value that we bring to the markets we serve."
