1st Federal Financial Places 1,000 Unit S-XGen™ Order

S-XGen With Integrated Card Swipe to Function as Mobile Merchant Services Terminal

LAS VEGAS, NV -- (MARKET WIRE) -- January 23, 2007 -- Seamless Wi-Fi, Inc. (OTCBB: SLWF) reported that it has received a one thousand (1,000) unit S-XGen Ultra Mobile Personal Computer order from 1st Federal Financial Inc. of Moorpark, California.

The S-XGen's for the 1st Federal Financial order will have a card swipe capability integrated to allow for their use as mobile merchant services terminals. The S-XGen's wireless Wi-Fi, Cellular and Bluetooth connectivity will allow 1st Federal to offer their mobile clients secure merchant transaction services without the need for a wired infrastructure.
