1st Global Is Listed on the Frankfurt Exchange Symbol for WKN - A0LGTL View Cape Verde Property on Line

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - February 7, 2011) -  1st Global Financial Corporation (PINKSHEETS: FGBF) announced today that its is listed on the Frankfurt Exchange (FRANKFURT: WKN-A0LGTL) and that the Companies agreement with Conspectus Consultancy Corporation for the Republic of Cape Verde property of Copacabana is moving forward while the Florida property acquisition has been placed on hold. The Cape Verde Property is valued around $11,000,000 US with scheduled completion on or about March, 2011. This property is expected to begin cash flowing by the end of this calendar year from rental income producing units.
