2006 Fall Motor Home & Trailer Show

Introducing Canadians to the all-new 2007 family of recreation vehicles - including the affordable holiday alternative, the cottage RV.

Attention: Automotive Editor, Lifestyle Editor, News Editor, Travel/Tourism Editor, Transportation Editor TORONTO, ONTARIO, MEDIA RELEASE--(CCNMatthews - Oct. 25, 2006) - The affordable alternative for Canadian families - the cottage RV.

At the Motor Home & Trailer Show opening November 9 at the International Centre in Mississauga, Ontario.

The Motor Home & Trailer Show returns Thursday, November 9th to the giant International Centre, on Airport Road, just north of the main airport entrance. Visitors to this show, one of the two BIG recreation vehicle shows in Canada, will see the all-new 2007 cottage RV's - the park model trailers - the affordable alternatives to over-priced cottages and ski chalets.

Think of a park model cottage RV as a house on wheels. The cottage RV is just one member of the family of RV's that also includes folding trailers and campers, fifth-wheels, and self-propelled motor homes. In reality, they could all be an affordable alternative to a cottage.

The cottage RV is usually set up in an RV resort but can be moved whenever necessary - to change the view or to get away from annoying neighbours. Many RV resorts are located on lakes and offer a marina, a golf course, tennis courts, or horseback riding. Cottage comforts? You decide exactly what you need because everything your house has, your cottage RV can have - year-round.

Would you prefer to have a cottage in the Muskokas in the summer - and a winter getaway in Florida in the winter? Then the answer is a travel trailer or a fifth-wheel - and there are lots of them at the show.

Whoever said "you can't take it with you" obviously never looked into the advantages of a cottage RV!

The Motor Home & Trailer Show takes place Thursday, November 9th (10am-7pm), Friday, November 10th (10am-7pm), Saturday, November 11th (10am-7pm), and Sunday, November 12th (10am-6pm) at the giant International Centre in Mississauga, on Airport Road, at Derry Rd. - just north of the main airport entrance. Admission prices to be announced. As always, the International Centre does not charge show visitors for parking.
