2007 European Baseball Championship Live Internet Video Broadcast

BARCELONA, SPAIN--(Marketwire - September 20, 2007) - Network Foundation Technologies (NFT) provided a live video broadcast of the 2007 European Baseball Championship using its patented Internet broadcast technology. NFT, along with its European broadcast partner StadeoTV, provided free-for-view(SM) complete game coverage of the seven day, 12 game tournament that reached viewers from 42 different countries, across six continents. The participating teams came from the following countries: Italy, Spain, Germany, Great Britain, France, Czech Republic, Croatia, Netherlands, and Sweden. This International Baseball Federation (IBAF) sanctioned event is a qualifier for the 2008 Beijing Summer Olympic Games. This was the latest of a string of StadeoTV championship-level sporting events broadcast by NFT this year.

"We saw the European Championships as an ideal event to broadcast. Families and friends of these top athletes were able to follow the action live, as it happened. NFT is happy to be a part of the European Championship/Olympic qualifier," said Marcus Morton, President and Co-founder of Network Foundation Technologies.

The next upcoming broadcast is the German Bundesliga Baseball Finals, September 29th and 30th, 2007. For more information, and to download the NFT NiFTy Player, visit
