According to a protestor interviewed by CNN, the eastern half of Libya including the port city of Benghazi is now under the control of the anti-government protestors. This claim was partially confirmed by a CNN reporter with sources in the area. In the last week 200 protestors have been killed in Libya, mainly in the city of Benghazi. According to CNN sources the army forces in Benghazi were overrun earlier today by anti-government protestors. Reports say that Muammar Gaddafi's son Saadi will address the nation shortly. Libya produces around 2 million barrels of oil daily.
