As Californians look for information on health plans before the Affordable Care Act is fully implemented in 2014, the Report Cards are an easy-to-use tool for making decisions about health care coverage.

The Report Card details how California's commercial HMOs, PPOs, and over 200 medical groups rate on care for children, for persons with chronic conditions (heart disease, diabetes, etc.), other important quality of care measures, and on member experience.
