2014-0722 - Name Change And Consolidation - Galahad Metals Inc. (RHX)

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - July 30, 2014) - Galahad Metals Inc. has announced a name change to Rosehearty Energy Inc. and a share consolidation of its issued and outstanding share capital on the basis of ten (10) current shares for one (1) new share. All fractional shares equal to or greater than one-half resulting from the consolidation will be rounded to the next whole number.

As a result, the outstanding common shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 5,622, 288.

The shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis under the new name on July 31, 2014. Please note the symbol will remain the same.

Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of business today, July 30, 2014. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the share consolidation.
