2014 Avaya Virtual Forum to Equip Channel Partners for Success

Avaya, a global provider of business communications and collaboration software and services, today announced the upcoming launch of its sixth annual Virtual Partner Forum on December 9, 2013. The kickoff event will feature executive videos and text chats in three separate launch events covering the Americas, EMEA*, and Asia Pacific regions. The forum will subsequently be available on demand for the next 12 months. 

The forum is hosted on a highly interactive website with all new content that Avaya Connect channel partners can use to learn about more opportunities available to them in today's market and how to successfully represent Avaya solutions to customers. New to the forum this year are exhibit halls for Avaya and Avaya DevConnect partners where channel partners can interact with subject matter experts on December 10 and 11 about a range of Avaya solutions and complementary products. The forum also features a number of videos on demand, preloaded presentations and other tools that can be saved in a personalized virtual briefcase for later reference.

Kick-off sessions are scheduled as follows:

  • Asia Pacific: 10 am Singapore Time (SGT)
  • EMEA: 9 am Greenwich Time (GMT)
  • Americas:12 noon Eastern Standard Time (EST)

Participation in the Virtual Partner Forum is free to all Avaya Connect channel partners worldwide. Registration is available online, and is limited to Avaya Connect partners.

Thousands of channel partners have participated in Avaya Virtual Partner Forums since the launch of the program in 2008. Avaya feedback surveys indicate that nearly all attendees feel the forum is an "excellent use of their time."
