2015 Closed Sales Volume in South Florida Exceeds Pre-Crisis Levels

The Keyes Company Sets a Company Record for Closed Sales Volume in the First Half of 2015; Company Now Boasts Over 2,500 Associates and 35 Offices in South Florida

MIAMI, FL--(Marketwired - July 15, 2015) - The Keyes Company reported $2.2 billion in written sales for the first six months of 2015, with especially strong numbers posted by its Commercial Sales and Luxury Divisions. The closed sales volume exceeded the first six months of 2005, the company's best year. The sales volume is an 18 percent improvement over the first half of 2014 and is 235 percent higher than when the market was bottoming out in the first six months of 2008.
