20th Annual Spring Life Settlement Conference Approved for 6.5 Viatical/Life Settlement Broker Specific Continuing Education (CE) Credits in Ohio

ORLANDO, FL--(Marketwired - Apr 8, 2014) - The Life Insurance Settlement Association (LISA) along with its Center for Education is proud to announce that its 20th Annual Spring Life Settlement Conference, which takes place April 30 - May 2nd in Washington, D.C. at the Marriott Wardman Park, has been approved for 6.5 Viatical/Life Settlement Broker Specific Continuing Education (CE) Credits by the Ohio Department of Insurance, underscoring its importance as a must-attend event for all life settlement brokers.

Ohio resident and non-resident holders of viatical/life settlement broker licenses must complete 24 hours of approved continuing education credits, 15 of which must be specifically related to viatical/life settlements and viatical/life transactions. LISA's Life Insurance Settlement Center for Education plans on seeking accreditation for its other upcoming conferences to help meet the additional Viatical/Life Settlement Broker Specific credit hours requirement.
