(AdCalls) are pleased to announce they have signed an agreement that creates an additional marketing channel for both companies. The combination of CREDITZ , the world's first digital currency system, and the addition of AdCalls' online coupon redemption provides merchants two advanced retailing products unavailable until today.

AdCalls allows retailers to provide consumers a free VOIP phone dialer on the desktop of their PC. Consumers simply download the free AdCalls online dialer and then use the phone dialer without long distance charges. Local and national advertisements appear on the AdCalls dialer while long distance calls are made and coupons can be printed, information can be accessed or products can be ordered in real time.

CEO America offers merchants the ability to create relevant incentives and pay consumers according to their value to the merchant for research, online & media viewing, shopping, etc. CEO's unique Digital Currency allows consumers to be paid CREDITZ and spend the digital currency at both stores and online websites. Both companies believe that CREDITZ will be the primary method of incenting consumers via the AdCall coupons.
