$2.8 Million The Pick(TM) Winning Ticket Sold in Phoenix


PHOENIX, AZ--(Marketwired - Jan 26, 2015) - The Arizona Lottery announces a $2.8 million The Pick jackpot winning ticket was sold in Phoenix for the draw on Saturday Jan. 24, 2015.

The winning ticket was sold at a QuikTrip located at 2750 W. Thunderbird Rd. in Phoenix. The winning numbers were 17-21-25-26-28-30. The jackpot had been rising steadily since Oct.18, 2014.

"We are so happy to have so many Arizona winners over the past couple of weeks," said Karen Bach, director of budget, products, and communications for the Arizona Lottery. "We are so excited to meet the winner and award the check."

If the winner chooses the annuity option, the prize will be $2,835,326.70. If the cash option is chosen, the prize will be $1,902,903.80.

The next The Pick drawing will be held on Jan. 28 for an estimated $1 million jackpot. Tickets can be purchased at any Arizona Lottery retailer. Players can check their tickets by visiting ArizonaLottery.com.

Players must be 21 years or older to purchase or redeem tickets. Winners have 180 days from the drawing date to claim their prize at an Arizona Lottery office or by mail. Overall odds vary by game.
