2nd Generation Engine Completed

VANCOUVER, BC -- (MARKET WIRE) -- June 14, 2005 -- Rotoblock Corporation (OTC BB: ROTB) is pleased to announce that it has completed the ground-up redesign and manufacture of its Oscillating Piston Engine -- a technologically advanced, high performance, 2nd generation prototype of its patented Oscillating Piston Engine. Assembly is nearly finished and the company expects to begin its initial test run within two weeks. The successful fulfillment of this key objective represents a major milestone on the road to the commercialization of this innovative product. Every indication shows that the Oscillating Piston Engine should surpass performance of current combustion engines on several levels.

The Oscillating Piston Engine's unique design includes novel features that are calculated to deliver notable performance gains over several fronts, ensuring the engine will compete favorably against any internal combustion engine in production today. In particular, this design dramatically simplifies a number of aspects associated with engine use and servicing, as it has only four primary moving sub-assemblies, no cumbersome valve train or water cooling system and only half as many discrete components as a conventional motor vehicle engine. The Oscillating Piston Engine is calculated to deliver significantly more horsepower than a conventional engine of equivalent weight and is therefore capable of delivering essentially any desired horsepower with a significantly lighter engine than regular combustion engines. This powerful, lightweight and uniquely simple engine can readily be seen to have significant advantages in applications where performance to weight ratio is a factor.

With the successful completion of the 2nd generation Oscillating Piston Engine, we will now be working on the next phase in the development and commercialization of this product. This phase involves the commencement of rigorous performance testing to be undertaken initially by Rotoblock scientists and then by independent third parties and potential industry partners. Included in this phase will be the testing of various alternate and hybrid fuels to further enhance the engine performance and environmental efficacy of the Oscillating Piston Engine.

About Rotoblock Corporation:

Rotoblock is solely focused on the continued development and improvement of the Oscillating Piston Engine to the state where its mechanical, ecological and economic viability leads to the profitable licensing of the manufacturer's rights to a proprietary patented design or a partnership for its manufacture. Our company was incorporated in Nevada and has its operating labs in Vancouver, Canada. We have full rights to the patents of the original Oscillating Piston Engine. We believe the Rotoblock Oscillating Piston Engine has particular and useful applications in developing countries such as China and India and we will be including these areas in the marketing and commercialization phase of this engine.
