The series of workshops integrating professional and personal excellence with measuring results are:

Multi-Skills Excellence - improving Leadership, Sales, Customer Service and Interpersonal skills (scheduled for Toronto, Ontario - March 28, 2007, and Barrie, Ontario - April 18, 2007).

ABC's of Personal-Professional Excellence - links the internal knowledge with the tools to achieve excellent outcomes in business, sports and personal life (scheduled for Toronto, June 9-10, 2007)

Measuring the R.O.I. of Training - measuring the impact of learning on business results (scheduled for Toronto, March 27, 2007)

"Typically business tends to focus on what we call external skills, for example, presentation skills," explains Joe L.
