1. Be a member of the gang. Coworkers need to know you are just as much a part of the team as they are. This requires you to be humble and free from self-love, and able to be on the same level as everyone else. Never ask anyone to do something you wouldn't be willing to do yourself.

2. The eyes have it. Be aware of everything and observe all facets of your undertaking. This requires being knowledgeable across a broad spectrum of disciplines. Being an entrepreneur is a continuous process of teaching and learning.

3. Be reward winning. Being a team of discovery and implementation is rewarded according to the level of accomplishment. The higher and preeminent application of problem solving elevates the reward of success. Also, everyone needs to believe that they will share in the accomplishment, and when the achievement is fulfilled, the reward needs to become a reality.
