3OH!3 Reveal "OMENS" Long-Awaited New Album Available for Pre-Order on "3OH!3 Day" - 3/03/13; "3OH!3 Day" to Be Highlighted by World Premiere of New Single, "Back To Life"; Vans Warped Tour 2013 Schedule Unveiled, Kicking Off June 30th in Denver; "Omens" Arrives Everywhere on June 18th

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - Feb 28, 2013) - Photo Finish/Atlantic recording duo 3OH!3 has unveiled a slate of activity celebrating the release of their eagerly anticipated new album, "OMENS." The long-awaited collection arrives at last on June 18th.

Pre-orders for "OMENS" will officially get underway on "3OH!3 Day" -- that is, March 3rd, or 3/03/13 -- via the Boulder, Colorado-based duo's own www.3oh3music.com. The premiere of "Back To Life," the latest single from "OMENS," will also premiere as soon as fans accomplish a list of 303 tasks compiled from the band. The track will then impact multi-format radio outlets nationwide throughout the month. In addition, the "Back To Life" companion video -- directed by Mickey Finnegan (Cee Lo Green, LMFAO) -- is slated to debut on March 5th, exclusively via The Warner Sound at http://www.youtube.com/thewarnersound.

3OH!3 will once again join the annual Vans Warped Tour as co-headliners, with dates kicking off June 30th at Denver's Sports Authority Field at Mile High Stadium and then continuing through mid-July (see attached itinerary). In the meantime, the duo has slated live appearances, including a co-headline role at Las Vegas' Extreme Thing Sports & Music Festival on March 30th and a series of college campus concerts across the country. For additional news and information, please see www.3oh3music.com/tour.

"OMENS" includes the hit singles, "You're Gonna Love This" and "Youngblood," both of which are currently available exclusively on the iTunes Stores. The latter track received an "MTV Buzzworthy" world premiere late last year, while the "You're Gonna Love This" companion video -- directed by the duo's frequent collaborator Isaac Ravishankara ("My First Kiss (Feat. Ke$ha)," "Touchin' On My") -- has proven an online smash, earning close to 2 million individual views thus far at Warner Music Group's official YouTube channel, The Warner Sound: www.youtube.com/watch?v=F3o53tjxiNQ.

"OMENS" follows 2010's "STREETS OF GOLD," which made a stunning top 10 entry on the Billboard 200 after its first week of release. The album sees 3OH!3 continuing to push the envelope with their distinctive mash-up of electro, pop, rock, punk, and hip hop. While predominantly self-produced by 3OH!3, "OMENS" also finds the duo teaming with some of their favorite studio collaborators, including Greg Kurstin (Kelly Clarkson, Marina & The Diamonds, Foster The People).

3OH!3 first exploded onto an unsuspecting mainstream with 2008's smash second album, "WANT." Fueled by the 3x RIAA platinum certified, #1 hit, "Don't Trust Me" and its platinum certified follow-up, "Starstrukk (Feat. Katy Perry)," the album earned gold certification and cumulative digital track sales in excess of 6.5 million. The duo returned with a bang in 2010, unleashing yet another platinum certified single in the top 10 hit, "My First Kiss (Feat. Ke$ha)."

A truly explosive live act, 3OH!3 has sold out shows around the world, earning a "Best Tour" nomination at the 2009 mtvU Awards. Other accolades include a pair of prestigious MTV Video Music Awards nods, including "Best New Artist" and "Best Collaboration" (for "My First Kiss").
