3P International Energy Corp. Announces Extension to Binding Letter of Intent to Acquire Producing Natural Gas Assets in Ukraine

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - April 13, 2011) - 3P International Energy Corp. (the "Corporation" or "3P") (TSX VENTURE:DOH) today announced that it has extended its Binding Letter of Intent, previously announced by press release on February 14, 2011, for an additional 14 days.
