With more than 2,500 alumni, MAIP's presence is felt nationwide, and its alumni have been responsible for influencing and shaping well-known brands. The MAIP program has consistently brought exceptional talent to the attention of industry decision makers.

Nancy Hill, President-CEO of the 4A's, said, "This year's event holds particular significance because it's MAIP's 40th anniversary. As the culminating event for the summer internship program, 'The Face of Talent' gives this group of exceptional interns a chance to show what they've learned over these past couple of months and to connect with leading industry executives for future career opportunities."

"The Face of Talent Leadership Luncheon," hosted by Marc Strachan, VP Multicultural Marketing at Diageo-NA, and a 1981 MAIP alumnus, will feature a special musical performance and TEDx-inspired talks as well as an awards presentation to industry leaders who have advanced diversity in advertising. Interns will also be recognized for their work with various agencies this summer.

Following the luncheon, during a career fair, executives from more than 40 agencies will meet and mingle with the 100+ interns who are recent college graduates, to discuss employment opportunities.

The day concludes with an evening reception held at the 40/40 Club which brings together attendees, MAIP interns and MAIP alumni, giving them the chance to interact and talk about their experiences, reflect on their day and share ideas.
