4Life Research Launches Foundation 4Life With a $75,000 Gift to La Casa Rosada Orphanage

SALT LAKE CITY, UT -- (MARKET WIRE) -- July 11, 2006 --Today, 4Life Research™ launched the Foundation 4Life, a non-profit organization dedicated to philanthropy wherever 4Life Research conducts business. On Friday, July 7, an inaugural donation of $75,000 was presented onsite to the nuns of La Casa Rosada ("The Pink House"), a well-known Catholic orphanage for HIV positive children in downtown Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.

Co-Founder, Bianca Lisonbee: "Thanks to diligent 4Life Distributors and our focused corporate leadership, our science and success are known worldwide. With today's inaugural donation of the newly formed Foundation 4Life, we look forward to an intense focus on service around the world."

4Life Research's history of service led to the Foundation's creation. "Science, success and service engender the principles that have driven 4Life's international growth in more than 40 countries in just seven years," remarks David Lisonbee, 4Life Founder and CEO. "The formalization of our Foundation is a natural outgrowth of our history and commitment to building people, families and communities."

Since 2000, 4Life's community outreach programs have included Nkosi's Haven in Johannesburg, South Africa; 9/11 Relief in New York City, Tsunami Relief in Southeast Asia, community skills training in the Caribbean, support of the Children's Miracle Network, and numerous charitable programs throughout the Intermountain West.

"The driving force behind launching our Foundation 4Life in Santo Domingo is two-fold," says Bianca. "First, we're committed to doing good wherever we conduct business. But also, we've been in communication with the nuns who run the orphanage for more than a year. 4Life has sponsored trips to the orphanage for many employees. The Casa Rosada, like many HIV care centers throughout the Dominican Republic, is in dire need of capital to continue providing critical HIV care, which is a primary health and social concern throughout the Caribbean. We're honored to support their efforts."

La Casa Rosada was established in 2001. It is home for 50 HIV positive orphans. In late 2004, the escalating cost of antiretroviral therapy alone ($60,000+ per year for 22 kids) nearly closed the orphanage's doors.

4Life® distinguishes itself through Transfer Factor science and service in more than 40 countries around the world.
