WARRINGTON, ENGLAND--(Marketwire - Aug. 12, 2011) - The North West's finest and most respected Hi-Fi and home cinema retailer has recently completed a £250,000 re-launch of its Cheshire store, and has expanded sales to a worldwide audience with a stunning new website

Doug Brady HiFi started life in the late 1950's with a small shop on Liverpool's Smithdown Road during the golden age of music, when the Beatles were rocking The Cavern and the city was the epitome of cool.

Known locally as 'Brady's', the Liverpool store fast become one of the most well respected names for turntables and Hi-Fi equipment, with founder Doug Brady being instrumental in establishing some of the world's most respected Hi-Fi brand names, such as Naim, The Chord Company, Linn and Rega. The Liverpool shop was soon to accompanied with an exclusive Covent Garden store, and by the early 1980's had outgrown its original base, moving instead to its current Warrington home, in the process expanding its client base to include customers throughout North West England.

50 years on and Doug Brady HiFi has grown substantially, and is now the name behind some of the biggest audio visual installations in the country, working with the likes of Mercedes-Benz in Warrington, Ventura Photography and The Halle Orchestra; Britain's longest established permanent professional symphony Orchestra, in addition to providing a dedicated home installation service for customers large and small.

"To commemorate our 50-year anniversary we have embarked on a major refit of our Cheshire store, and have spent over £250,000 developing a fabulous new look, which includes demonstration rooms equipped with cutting edge technology to showcase the world's leading Hi-Fi brands. The new refit of the Cheshire store also includes a fully equipped workshop to manage all service and repairs" says Charles Clowes, MD of Doug Brady HiFi.

The re-launch of its spectacular new store is accompanied by an equally impressive new website, offering its eclectic range of Hi-Fi separates, turntables, streaming devices, iPad & iPhone docks, loudspeakers, home cinema systems and cables to a worldwide market, with free delivery for UK customers and a new world shipping service specialising in VAT free export sales. The website offers over 30 of the world's most respected Hi-Fi brands, and includes over 2,000 products for online purchases.

What started out as a small store specialising in turntables, now includes the latest media players, audio streaming devices, and home cinema systems, and despite its extraordinary success, Doug Brady Hi-Fi remains true to its original beliefs.
