616 Diamonds Recovered From One Drill Hole on Leadbetter Diamond Property

VAL-D'OR, QC -- (MARKET WIRE) -- November 21, 2005 -- Dianor Resources Inc. (TSX-V: DOR) is pleased to inform its shareholders that it has received diamond results from the Saskatchewan Research Council's (SRC) laboratory for drill hole Chab. 05-09. Shareholders may be aware that SRC has recently completed an expansion and upgrading of their ISO 17025 accredited laboratory facility in Saskatoon, which delayed processing of the drill core samples. The enlarged facility is now operational and 7 kilns are dedicated to caustic fusion processing of Dianor's drill core samples from the Leadbetter Diamond Property. The only hindrance now to rapid turn-around is the length of time required to measure and describe the large number of diamonds liberated from the drill core samples as exemplified by the results from drill holes Chab. 05-08 and Chab. 05-09.

Drill hole Chab 05-09 is located 200 metres to the east of hole Chab 05-08 which contained diamonds, including commercial sized ( > 0.85mm) stones, throughout the DBR (Diamond bearing Rock) Unit and the Basal Unit (press release September 21, 2005). The upper 54.10 meters (from 3.00 to 57.10 m) of Chab 05-09 intersected the Leadbetter diamond-bearing conglomerate also referred to as the DBR Unit. Results of the caustic fusion diamond recovery, tabulated below, continue to demonstrate the persistently diamondiferous nature of the conglomerate. The occurrence of larger sized diamonds in the small samples is very encouraging.

The diamond results from the first two drill holes, drilled in the Northern sector of the Leadbetter Diamond property, are nearly identical to those recovered from similar sized samples taken from surface bedrock in the vicinity of the drill holes during the due diligence phase of the exploration (press release February 14th 2005). These early diamond results from the drilling in conjunction with the surface diamond results also indicate a diamond continuity through the conglomerate both laterally and at depth in this area of the Northern Sector.
