The United States Government has pledged $630 billion dollars over the next 10 years to the healthcare industry for modernization. According to the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, there are over 7 million individuals in the healthcare industry. It is estimated nearly 4 million of these professionals have direct patient contact, through doctors' offices and hospital settings. Based on these statistics we project annual sales of licenses to increase exponentially from 12,000 units in 2010 to over 800,000 by the end of 2015. These projections could provide to the company Earnings Before Interest and Taxes of over $250 million USD.

Healthmed has successfully achieved the design, testing and will soon launch its remote access software, named Virtual Vantage. This software allows an interface between handheld computers, such as the iPad and stationary computers. Virtual Vantage Software has the capacity to create the innovative access the health industry seeks, and also the potential to attract healthcare professionals who desire cutting-edge technologically. The Company believes the Virtual Vantage software, along with Apple's new handheld device, the iPad, offers the modernization the healthcare industry needs to transform. The Company anticipates that the Virtual Vantage software will create opportunities for hospitals, doctors' offices and staff to work more resourcefully and efficiently.

Healthmed Director John Popovic states, "This new exciting product will allow records to be accessed rapidly thus improving the quality of patient care. Imagine an environment where labor costs for document processing will be reduced and information will be more rapidly assessed and transmitted to appropriate personnel. All of this occurs while holding a hand held device that is supported by Virtual Vantage Software."

The Company will also offer server/network solutions to utilize the remote access software and technical support. Healthmed's team of software developers anticipates beta testing the product this month.
