99 Ranch Signs Long-Term Lease at Williams Trace Shopping Center

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - December 9, 2009) - NDC Capital Partners, LLC, in partnership with HSM Equity Partners, Inc., announced the signing of a long-term lease with 99 Ranch, the largest Asian American supermarket chain in the United States, to occupy 30,000 square feet at Williams Trace. 99 Ranch has 28 stores, primarily in California, with other stores in Georgia, Nevada, Washington and now expanding into Texas. Williams Trace Shopping Center is located in Sugar Land, in the southwestern part of the Houston Metropolitan area. Henry S. Miller was the leasing agent.
