A25 Gold Signs Letter of Intent to Acquire Past Gold Producing Golden Peak Property

TORONTO--(Marketwire - January 19, 2010) - A25 Gold Producers Corporation (FRANKFURT: ALQ) announces it has signed a letter of intent to acquire the Golden Peak mineral property with a past production record in the Zeballos Gold Camp in the Alberni Mining Division in British Columbia, Canada.

The Golden Peak is a five-vein past producer with historical production records of over one ounce per tonne gold. The two main producing veins #1 and #3 occur over a distance of 235 meters. While samples taken from vein #3 assayed 202.3 grams (6.5 ounces) per tonne gold, samples from vein #1 assayed as much as 493.8 grams (15.9 ounces) per tonne gold. Significant silver and other mineral values have also been discovered on the property.
