ACM Commercial Mortgage Fund Reports $36.3 Million Growth in 2009

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Jan. 14, 2010) - The ACM Commercial Mortgage Fund grew 125% in net subscriptions, representing $36.3 million for the year ending December 31, 2009, to achieve over $66.9 million in total assets. For the quarter ending December 31, 2009, the fund grew 21% in net subscriptions, representing $10.8 million. The portfolio manager funded $15.8 million in excellent quality conservative new investments during this period. (FundSERV: "MOR120", "MOR130", "MOR140", "MOR150", and "MOR160" / respectively Classes F, B, C, D, and E)
