ADM Tronics Awarded Exclusive Distribution Agreement for "Demeter Certified" Biodynamic Product Line

NORTHVALE, NJ--(Marketwire - May 30, 2007) - ADM Tronics Unlimited, Inc. (OTCBB: ADMT), a technology-based developer and manufacturer of unique, environmentally safe, health and life enhancing technologies, has entered into an exclusive importation and distribution agreement for the United States and Canada with Flora, SRL, of Italy, a developer and manufacturer of premium-quality, pure and chemical-free "Demeter Certified" essential oils and 100% natural cosmetic products and ingredients for use in the skin care, cosmetic and personal care markets. Demeter Certification requires that such products are produced under the highest standards of biodynamic agriculture exceeding those for organic products.

Under the agreement, ADM intends to (i) use the Flora product line to develop new skin and personal care products to be produced and distributed by the Company, and (ii) market and distribute the Flora product line, as well as the raw materials used in such products, to the cosmetic, skin and personal care industries.
