ADP Enters New Market to Offer a Strategic Sales Performance Tool to Empower Sales and Aid in Financial Compliance

ROSELAND, NJ--(Marketwire - November 5, 2007) - ADP® National Account Services, part of ADP's Employer Services Division, a leading provider of payroll, benefits administration and human resources services, today announced the launch of an automated Sales Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) solution to the marketplace. This offering, delivered through a strategic alliance with Centive, marks ADP's entry into the Sales ICM market, providing clients with a strategic tool to drive sales productivity and aid in its clients' Sarbanes-Oxley compliance with respect to commission accounting.

ADP Incentive Compensation Management powered by Centive Compel® is an on-demand, easy-to-use solution that empowers organizations to track, manage and report on sales compensation. Beyond calculating commissions and bonuses, users can access real-time sales data, model compensation plans, and forecast anticipated commission-based pay.

"The Sales ICM application market grew by at least 15 percent in 2006, reaching $250 million in revenue worldwide(1). This market is attracting significant interest from organizations of varying sizes and in different industries, and is expected to grow at a similar rate in 2007," stated Gartner analyst Michael Dunne, Research VP. "Sales ICM applications should help organizations gain efficiencies, insights and versatility in creating, deploying and administering compensation plans meant to guide and motivate direct and indirect sales personnel."

For the sales force, ICM can be a powerful motivational tool by providing real-time visibility into commission earnings, quota attainment and other key performance metrics. For finance professionals, the tool provides process controls to ensure consistency as well as a full audit trail for financial reporting purposes.

"Automated Incentive Compensation Management is a natural extension of ADP's business. We are one of the first in the HR and payroll industry to offer this solution as part of a full-suite of flexible, easy-to-use, on-demand offerings," said Regina Lee, President, ADP National Account Services.
