ALG Software Appoints New Worldwide VP of Sales and Services

Frédéric Laluyaux to Lead Global Sales and Services Team

ATLANTA, GA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- August 7, 2006 -- ALG Software, a global provider of Corporate Performance Management (CPM) software and services, has appointed Frédéric Laluyaux as group vice president of sales and services.

Laluyaux, a highly successful sales professional in the corporate performance management market, joined ALG Software in 1997. Based in Paris, he was given the responsibility to start-up and grow the French division of the company.

Within five years, Laluyaux had grown the French operation into a fully independent business unit with an enviable client base. In 2002, he was asked to fulfill the role of vice president of North American operations from the Atlanta office, which included driving the sales and marketing strategies across the operation and developing ALG Software's partner relations. In the United States, he has increased revenue by nearly sixty percent.

Revenue growth for the first quarter (February - April) of 2006 at ALG Software has increased 96 percent compared to the same quarter in 2005, rising to $6.7 million compared to $3.5 million.

Laluyaux holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the MBA Institute - INSEEC Group in Paris, France. He is fluent in French, English and Spanish.
