AWI Launches New Website and Retains Gary Gray as Independent Sales Rep for Rigs

Revenue of AWI Expected to Increase to Over $2 Million Annually

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL--(Marketwire - August 18, 2010) - Trans Global Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: TGGI) is pleased to announce its wholly owned subsidiary, All Weather Insulation, Inc. ("AWI"), has launched its new website www.energsavefoam.com which was designed to showcase the rigs and business packages AWI offers. 

AWI has also retained the services of Gary Gray as an independent sales rep to sell rigs and foam under the trademark name ("Energsave™") for AWI. A trademark application has been filed with the US Patent and Trademark Office. Mr. Gray, formerly of American Green Group, has been in the industry for several decades and brings vast experience and knowledge in the sale of rigs and foam. It is anticipated Mr. Gray should increase sales of AWI by a minimum of $100,000 per month and put the Company on pace to generate over $2 million in revenues annually. AWI is currently profitable as it operates today and this will add to its bottom line.

TGGI shall be filing to change the name of the Company by the end of August. The name will reflect the Company's mode of operations which is targeted towards green energy saving products.

TGGI also looks forward to the sale of FSM to American Life Products (OTCBB: ALFE). TGGI will retain 20% of the share received from the sale which it will use to further expand operations of the Company; the balance of the shares shall be divided up amongst the shareholders as stated in the 8k of ALFE.
